Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; Epic charting experience; proficiency in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, central-line and peripheral-line care, blood product administration, oxygen and non-invasive airway management, high-flow nasal cannula, chest tubes, cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration, intravenous insulin protocols, heparin protocols, wound care, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, surgical drains, rapid response and code team procedures, and pre- and post-cardiac procedure care. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation.
