Home Health RN – Days ☀️ - 5x8-hour shifts, 8:30a–5p - 40 guaranteed hours/week - Alternating weekends required - Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience required - Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS experience within the last year required - Active RN license required at submission - WellSky EMR and wound care experience preferred - On-call/triage experience preferred - On-call: 1–2 weeks per month, weekdays 5:30p–8:30a - On-call primarily involves phone triage; home visits are very rare - Strong time management, reliability, and patient communication skills required.
