Responsible for performing both unscheduled and preventive maintenance-related mechanical repairs to include packaged A/C and heating equipment, air handling units, pneumatically controlled thermostat systems, boilers, chillers, generators, pneumatic tube systems, variable air volume boxes, and other mechanical and electrical equipment comprising the hospital’s utility system.40%. This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC equipment, life safety equipment, pumps, exhaust fans, pneumatic tube systems, building automation, Med Gas systems, electrical equipment, and nurse call systems.
