The CM-PM maintains visibility across multiple concurrent construction, renovation, assessment, and facility-improvement efforts; helps BEP technical specialists advance their projects; and ensures that scope, schedule, cost, risks, decisions, and required documentation are consistently tracked and driven toward completion. This role connects electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, fire protection, and other technical specialties without replacing the discipline leads or serving as the technical authority for their work - instead, the CM-PM provides the project-management discipline that keeps multiple efforts moving and translates technical requirements into executable project actions.
