Description: CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, is looking for an Affordable Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for two apartment communities - a total of 60 units, at Walsh Commons (LIHTC and PBV) and Seneca Terrace (HUD). The Affordable Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
