The ideal candidate can independently manage complex network environments, lead infrastructure improvements, respond to service disruptions, and coordinate effectively with cybersecurity teams, telecommunications providers, vendors, and municipal stakeholders. This position is responsible for designing, operating, securing, and troubleshooting the wired, wireless, and wide-area networks that connect municipal offices, public facilities, data centers, and cloud services.
