Experience therein to include 5 years in software development using Java/J2EE, applications debugging, testing, and performance tuning, and working with version control systems; 3 years in developing web-based applications using Spring Boot framework, SOAP/REST web services, and object-oriented design and development; 2 years in Apache Kafka and JMS messaging technologies; and 1 year in event driven distributed system design, AWS, JIRA, Confluence, SQL and NOSQL data modeling, in-memory databases, and processing streaming data with Apache Flink. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Project Manager, or in a related/similar position.
