Responsibilities Advanced Inventory Analysis & Modeling Utilize statistical methods and advanced planning tool Servigistics to refine inventory parameters across the distribution network to drive optimal planning outputs and inventory performance Lead scenario and what-if simulations in the advanced planning tool to enable decision-centric thinking to achieve strategic business goals and improved financial performance Develop inventory allocation strategies around supply constrained parts to determine optimal forward deployment in the network and mitigate fill rate gaps Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor inventory performance against targets, identify deviations, and conduct root cause analysis for stockouts, E&O, and forecast inaccuracies collaborating with planning teams Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into inventory levels, trends, and potential issues for stakeholders Steward for governance and provide insights into performance of part groupings setup by various planning teams in the advance planning tool Process Improvement & System Utilization Proactively identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives for inventory planning and control processes Business lead to analyze, test and deploy new features and product release in collaboration with other planning teams in the advanced planning tool Servigistics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
