Required to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and crouch to gain access to spaces, and may involve both indoor and outside work and the use of hand tools and power tools associated with the building trades. Under some supervision, execute assigned repair/work orders daily, following up as needed to ensure quality work; Accept training and directions from supervisors and Maintenance Technicians II and III.
