Examples of specialized experience includes knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations toward development and/or improvement of critical Center plans and programs for conducting major operations such as war, mobilization, rescue, mission and flying operations, deployment, rescue, flying training systems both manned and unmanned, foreign military sales, acquisition, PPBS, special operations, or similar operations. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments.
