The position requires experience with the following: Engineering basics, including flow calculations, pressure drop, and other areas of Process Engineering Design; Process Safety, such as Mechanical Integrity, LLPs, Layers of Protection analysis, and Root Cause Investigation Methodology; Working with external contacts, such as equipment vendors, engineering design firms, general mechanical contractors, electrical, scaffolding, city engineers, etc. Must possess experience with at least three (3) of the following four (4) skills: Mass ABS manufacturing technology and process; Readling and light programming of ABB 800X process control systems; Project management methodology using the Accolade tool; Utilizing SAP to monitor projects, run cost reports, and perform Accrual and Cash Out project monitoring.
