Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and validity of a wide variety of accounting functions/transactions including fund balance with Treasury, accounts receivable, obligations, accrued expenditures, disbursements, appropriation refunds, reimbursable orders, earnings, collections, eliminations, and journal vouchers. What You Will Do: The accountant will support the advisory team in providing a blend of financial management related advisory support services to assist the day-to-day federal financial management operations to include technical accounting and financial reporting activities at a federal client.
