About the Hiring Group: Client Technology Operations (CTO) is RTI's client-focused technology organization responsible for delivering and operating the technology platforms, infrastructure, governance, engineering, and digital capabilities that enable RTI to develop, secure, and deliver technology-enabled solutions for clients.
