Efficiently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the major systems and related equipment in the facility including the following: BAS, chiller plant, boiler plant, cooling tower, chemical stations, air handlers, heat pumps, domestic water pumps, fire pumps, diesel generators, electrical distribution systems, and life safety equipment. Completion of a comprehensive training program focusing on the collective Building Trades including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical theory, hydronic heating systems, BAS, CMMS, plumbing, carpentry, and general mechanical skills: or related experience.
