Engage directly with large enterprise prospects and clients in a presales capacity, applying Challenger principles; Lead strategic conversations around CI/CD transformation, Static Code Analysis, and Security Posture Management, addressing key business, technical, functional, and operational needs; Demonstrate domain/product expertise, establish credibility, and build customer confidence as a trusted advisor; Provide technical overviews covering product architecture, functionality, data requirements, and integrations with thir-party applications (ALM, version control, etc.); Prepare and deliver high-quality technical responses for RFPs and RFIs; Maintain deep expertise across all AutoRABIT products, including current capabilities and future enhancements; Partner closely with the Account Team to support customer success, retention, and expansion; Execute POCs that effectively validate technical fit and drive meaningful business outcomes; Adhere to set internal controls. You will also play a key role in ensuring customer success by managing a seamless transition from Sales to our Customer Success Organization and collaborating closely with the Enterprise Services team to communicate use cases and implementation considerations for a smooth deployment and go-live.
