This role works closely with Technology Financial Operations Office leadership and its TCO, FinOps, data, BI, productivity, portfolio, demand, procurement, headcount, and reporting teams; the SMEs who run the processes being automated; technology, data, and platform partners; and the architecture, security, risk, audit, controls, and responsible AI functions. This role builds and supports the automations and AI-enabled workflows that cut manual effort, strengthen controls, and modernize recurring routines across technology cost, Cloud FinOps, TCO, productivity, portfolio, demand, procurement, headcount, and operational reporting.
