Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for various hardware and manufacturing projects including Mechanical part design, development, and testing, PCBA and cabling design, development, and testing, and manufacturing practices. The TPM will help coordinate efforts across mechanical, electrical, NPI, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of components and robots.
