What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
