Assist the provider with examinations and in-office procedures, including gynecologic exams (speculum and bimanual exams), Pap smears, STI swabs, vaginal cultures, endometrial biopsy setup, and IUD insertions/removals (setup, sterile field preparation, instrument handling, and patient positioning support). Obtain and document vital signs and patient medical histories, including gynecologic history (cycle tracking, perimenopausal symptoms, contraceptive history, sexual health history, pelvic pain, bleeding patterns, and PMS/PMDD screening).
