Unit Details: Performs basic to advanced obstetric diagnostic ultrasound imaging and procedures, including first trimester, nuchal translucency, anatomy, growth, Dopplers, biophysical profile, basic fetal echocardiography, transvaginal ultrasound, portable imaging, amniocentesis, and chorionic villus sampling (CVS). Calibrates, adjusts, and maintains ultrasound equipment; evaluates new products and equipment for possible future use; and reports equipment failures to the biomedical department and leadership.
