We seek universal bankers with a growth mindset, high school diploma or equivalent (18+), customer service experience (a banking background is a bonus), comfort handling cash and multitasking, a genuine interest in people and their stories, fun at parties (optional, but preferred!). As a full-time (40 hours per week) Financial Expert, your day-to-day might involve: helping people open accounts, navigate loans, and understand their options, processing financial transactions, handling cash, and keeping things moving.
