<div>Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in City of Industry is currently looking for a Darkroom Attendance to join our team! This role will be reporting to our NDT Supervisor on 1st Shift at our Aerospace Manufactory in City of Industry, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that has been in business for over 30 years! Pay rate: $19.00 - $20 DOE (Overtime Available) Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Properly handle unexposed X-ray film.</li><li>Load X-ray film into cassettes for radiographers.</li><li>Process exposed X-ray film for viewing by readers.</li><li>Monitor automatic film processing equipment.</li><li>Sort and file processed X-ray film by control number.</li><li>Maintain a proper film inventory.</li><li>Cut and tape day pack film for special shots.</li><li>Clean and repair screens in film cassettes to maintain film quality.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Industry certification as an X-Ray Shooter preferred, if not we provide on the job training.</li><li>HS diploma or equivalent GED required, but candidates not meeting this requirement who possesses relevant experience will be considered.</li></ul> Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an industry-leading manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies, supplying the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets with small-to-large “function critical” products. Ensure all work, including envelopes, checks, invoices, credit card vouchers, and correspondence, is batched correctly and completed timely. Balance accounts using application-based technologies, validate payees, and perform data corrections on system misread items.

Duties

 This role requires the individual to be onsite 5 days a week, primarily dealing with sorting mail. The schedule is from 8am to 4: 30pm PT, subject to change based on business needs. Parking will not be accommodated, and interviews will be conducted onsite. 

Key Responsibilities

<ul><li>Perform Lockbox Operations or Manual Remittance processing.</li><li>Extract payments from envelopes and match invoice information for scanning.</li><li>Prepare payment information for scanning and data entry.</li><li>Handle payment processing and manage physical mail for payment processing.</li><li>Operate automated capture equipment and mail sorters with minimal supervision.</li><li>Review remittances for acceptance or rejection of payments based on client instructions.</li><li>Ensure all work, including envelopes, checks, invoices, credit card vouchers, and correspondence, is batched correctly and completed timely.</li><li>Perform standard closing procedures, including quality review, re-association, packaging, and mailing of client processed remittances.</li><li>Key standard to complex data from client invoices, check images, or credit card vouchers with a 99% accuracy rate.</li><li>Balance accounts using application-based technologies, validate payees, and perform data corrections on system misread items.</li><li>Monitor system production to ensure timely processing of deadline-specific accounts.</li></ul>

Skills and Qualifications

<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, payment, or accounts receivable processing.</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Adherence to client-specific deadlines, schedules, and departmental quality requirements.</li><li>Basic computer skills and efficiency in working with online systems.</li><li>Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Focus on specific tasks, and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.</li><li>Preferred experience in scanning and data entry.</li></ul>
