• Scan and label items using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
• Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
• Load and unload materials from conveyors, pallets, or carts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to a supervisor promptly.QualificationsPrevious warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ensure all work, including envelopes, checks, invoices, credit card vouchers, and correspondence, is batched correctly and completed timely. Balance accounts using application-based technologies, validate payees, and perform data corrections on system misread items.

Duties

 This role requires the individual to be onsite 5 days a week, primarily dealing with sorting mail. The schedule is from 8am to 4: 30pm PT, subject to change based on business needs. Parking will not be accommodated, and interviews will be conducted onsite. 

Key Responsibilities

<ul><li>Perform Lockbox Operations or Manual Remittance processing.</li><li>Extract payments from envelopes and match invoice information for scanning.</li><li>Prepare payment information for scanning and data entry.</li><li>Handle payment processing and manage physical mail for payment processing.</li><li>Operate automated capture equipment and mail sorters with minimal supervision.</li><li>Review remittances for acceptance or rejection of payments based on client instructions.</li><li>Ensure all work, including envelopes, checks, invoices, credit card vouchers, and correspondence, is batched correctly and completed timely.</li><li>Perform standard closing procedures, including quality review, re-association, packaging, and mailing of client processed remittances.</li><li>Key standard to complex data from client invoices, check images, or credit card vouchers with a 99% accuracy rate.</li><li>Balance accounts using application-based technologies, validate payees, and perform data corrections on system misread items.</li><li>Monitor system production to ensure timely processing of deadline-specific accounts.</li></ul>

Skills and Qualifications

<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, payment, or accounts receivable processing.</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Adherence to client-specific deadlines, schedules, and departmental quality requirements.</li><li>Basic computer skills and efficiency in working with online systems.</li><li>Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Focus on specific tasks, and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.</li><li>Preferred experience in scanning and data entry.</li></ul>
