p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors degree in education or a related field • Must hold or be eligible for a State of Delaware initial or continuing license • Must hold or be eligible for certification in Elementary (K-6) or Early Childhood (Birth-Grade 2) • Must hold or be eligible for certification in World Language (K-12) or Bilingual Teacher (K-12) in Spanish • Must have specialized training/student teaching in grades K-12 • Must be able to achieve a rating of passing or higher on the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages Oral Proficiency Interview (ACTFL OPI) • Must be able to achieve a rating of passing or higher on the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages on the Writing Proficiency Test (ACTFL WPT) or must be able to Praxis II: Spanish Test (Test code: 5195) • Must be able to successfully complete and pass Praxis #5001 or Praxis Elementary Education Content Knowledge • Student teaching on a transcript.
