The ideal candidate should understand and be able to clearly explain the full campaign lifecycle: receiving the commercial brief, defining the target segmentation, validating audience size, preparing the communication brief, coordinating with design/HTML teams, configuring the campaign in the platform, running testing and QA, deploying the campaign with support from IT when needed, and reporting post-launch KPIs. Experience configuring and launching campaigns in a CRM/marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Eloqua, HubSpot, Oracle Responsys, Acoustic, SAP Emarsys, or similar.
