We're looking for a problem-solver who can diagnose a battery system over the phone with an installer 200 miles away, drive to the site when the phone call isn't enough, and tear down the returned unit on the bench to find out what actually went wrong. Fault diagnosis across electrical, firmware, and communication layers, including CAN/RS485 links, monitoring gateways, and third-party inverter ecosystems (Sol-Ark, Victron, Enphase, Schneider, Outback).
