Under the general supervision of the RN and/or Physician, the Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN will support providers in the provision of care including recording vital signs, administering methadone, discussing chief health concerns, performing testing, and assisting with procedures and documentation. LPN assists with patient care including checking vital signs, blood draws, obtaining other specimens for laboratory analysis and culture as ordered by the medical provider, discussing chief health concerns, and administering injections and immunizations.
