A degree in educational administration, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, public affairs, accounting or closely related field substitutes for a Doctorate degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience; Masters degree may substitute for 18 months of experience; Bachelors degree may substitute for one (1) year of experience; and an Associates degree may substitute for six (6) months of experience. As a Special Education Funding Specialist, you will support Minnesota's special education finance system by calculating and validating state aid, reviewing ADSIS budgets, maintaining key data systems, preparing the Cross Subsidy Report, and ensuring accurate, compliant funding processes.
