Lead the design and execution of US-focused HEOR for AYVAKIT (avapritinib) in Systemic Mastocytosis and assigned emerging assets - including economic modelling, database analysis, observational research, RWE studies, systematic literature review, evidence synthesis, and AMCP dossier development - setting US evidence generation priorities and incorporating them into broader Sanofi planning documents such as the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP); operate with medium independence for strategic work and high independence for tactical execution, consistent with L3-2 expectations. Translate HEVA evidence into US business and policy impact by driving payer engagement, value positioning, and access strategies for AYVAKIT in the US marketplace; understand and address US payer evidence requirements across managed care, specialty pharmacy, and rare disease payer dynamics; and support the development of compliant and impactful US evidence dissemination pathways (e.g., HCEI, PIE, CFL) including payer dossiers, field materials, and publications.
