The SLP is responsible for evaluating students, developing and implementing individualized intervention plans, providing direct and consultative services, and collaborating with teachers, families, administrators, and other professionals to support students academic, social, and communication needs. The position may require sitting, standing, walking throughout the school day, working with students individually or in small groups, and occasionally assisting students with physical or communication needs.
