Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans • Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals • Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals • Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system • Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development. Our multidisciplinary team—including BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and SLPs—collaborates closely with families to create treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs, blending principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with speech and language best practices.
