Our independent and successful facility has enjoyed robust community support, financial success, and possesses an excellent reputation – including being named the “Top 100 Rural and Community Hospitals” by The Chartis Center for Rural Health, achieving “Most Wired” status, attaining CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) “5-Star” ratings for exceptional patient experience, named by the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network as a “4- or 5-Star” High Achieving HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) for at least the past five years, and being named a CMS “5-Star” LTC Living Center Award Winner for the past 12 years.
