How this role contributes to the Y’s mission: As a Y Swim Director, you will develop, organize and implement high quality, member-focused swim programs while ensuring a safe, fun, and enjoyable swim experience for all Y members and program participants. The Y Swim Director recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs staff and volunteers as needed to maintain daily pool operations.
