They must report regularly and transparently to their supervisor, manage the distribution and collection of equipment, keep practices and games on schedule, file accident and incident reports, oversee site cleanliness and equipment security, and step in as a substitute coach or referee when needed. Serving as the liaison between the YMCA, the school, coaches, children, and parents, they are responsible for attending all informational meetings punctually, communicating accurate and timely information, maintaining organized records, and staying informed about complaints or issues that conflict with the YMCA's mission and guidelines.
