Expertise in TEMPEST countermeasures, including RED/BLACK separation, RF foil and shielding, dielectric breaks and grounding, and filters (data, signal, and power).Knowledge of Sound Transmission Class (STC) requirements, construction techniques, SCIF perimeter penetrations, and SCIF perimeter doors and installation methods. The SME shall utilize expertise to place specific design focus on the following:TEMPEST countermeasures including: RED/BLACK separation, RF foil and shielding, dielectric breaks and grounding, filters (both data, signal, and power).Sound transmission class (STC) requirements and construction techniques.
