The selected candidate will serve as the functional lead for our team of Program Control Analysts supporting the LIDS program, providing day-to-day guidance, quality oversight, and workload coordination while assuming increasing program management responsibility across a portfolio of task orders spanning development, production, and sustainment. Support the Program Manager with administrative tasking, such as maintaining program documentation (Program Plan, Communications Plan, RASIC, WBS Dictionary, Action Item (AI) Registers, etc.), maintaining security lists (SIPR, IS88, DTA, SCGs), tracking and facilitating security training, and monitoring program process adherence.
