Initiates project, forms and develops project team, leads the project development, including development of preferred and alternative project scope, leads the environmental assessment development inclusive of state and federal license applications, represents SCE with state and federal agencies, leads project execution including engineering, permit acquisition, land acquisition, construction planning including material procurement, project execution strategy development, contract development and execution, contract management and contractor oversight, testing plans, quality assurance program and plans, and project closeout. + Develops strategy and business cases, objectives and initiatives related to projects and seeks approval from management in accordance with MPO policies, procedures and guidelines; with review of a senior manager or principal manager; leads the development, and management of the project schedule; leads the development of the project budget; manages the project change control process.
