The successful candidate is responsible for leading, designing, implementing, administering, and managing all activities of the Upward Bound Program to successfully and consistently ensure achievement of its goal of low-income, first-generation students attaining a college degree. The ideal candidate will have four or more years prior experience in educational leadership/educational programming (including design, implementation, and management) working with low-income and first-generation students and their families.
