The role coordinates structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and BIM/VDC teams; manages drawing submissions to Professional Engineers (PEs) and state regulatory agencies; participates in Project Manager meetings; and supports procurement, fabrication, quality control, and installation activities. This position leads multidisciplinary engineering coordination, manages design deliverables, and ensures drawings and technical documents are completed, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with project schedules, client requirements, applicable codes, and state modular building approval requirements.
