Manager, Learning and Organizational Development of MPG and will partner closely with plant leadership, operations, subject matter experts, HR, and other Learning & Development leaders across MPG to ensure training programs are practical, consistent, measurable, and aligned with operational and strategic priorities. Director of Operations of MPG, this role will assess training needs and develop, implement, deliver, and continuously improve programs that build the technical skills required to support current operations and future workforce needs.
