Monitor and maintain all building systems, testing as needed or required by code, including fire drills, generators, replacement of filters and bulbs, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment, plumbing, carpentry, health department regulations, and OSHA. Directly supervise Housekeeping staff and potentially Maintenance Technicians, Painters, Floor Care Specialists, and Porters/Janitors.
