Ideally candidates will have extensive electrical engineering and contracting knowledge and industry experience to oversee: All phases of electrical work, encompassing project acquisition (including layout and design using AutoCAD, bidding, managing billing and purchasing, constructability analysis, design review scheduling, value engineering, site logistics review, prefabrication planning, estimating strategy, cost/proposal development and negotiation) . Most work will be for data centers, and the project manager can expect to be involved with the project from the design phase (design build and design assist) all the way through the application of the design and completion of the project.
