The Coordinators of Residence Life are 11-month, full-time, live-on, professional staff members, whose key responsibilities include providing leadership for the Residence Life department, facilitation of staff hiring and training, execution of emergency procedures, crisis response, and supervision as well as mentoring and training of Resident Counselors. Responsible for the Residence Life curriculum, in content research, development and implementation aligned with current educational trends and student needs; Resident Counselors focused on Student Development Theory and industry trends, as well as facilitation and ways to measure impact.
