In this role, the Nurse Lead provides shift coordination, clinical guidance, documentation review, coaching, mentoring, quality oversight, and operational support to Health Services Team Members while also assisting with on-site medical response needs in a fast-paced theme park environment. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, employee health, workers' compensation, case management, workplace injury management, urgent care, emergency care, or a comparable clinical setting.
