This is an operator-first role, not a traditional project management position-you'll partner directly with the Director of Operations and other leaders to take on projects spanning production, process improvement, technology, customer experience, facilities, and new business opportunities. Who You Are: 5+ years of progressive operations experience, including leading teams, processes, or operational functions in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, warehouse, or service operations environment.
