Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in Project Management, Construction Management, Process Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field at an accredited college, technical program, or university; Strong interest in building a career in Industrial Services, project management, or field operations; Willingness to work in both office and field environments; Interest in learning how industrial projects are planned, managed, and executed; Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, field teams, operations, customers, and other business partners; Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn; Ability to document, organize, and analyze project information and data; Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant technical tools; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods; Interest in developing leadership skills and taking on increasing responsibility within the organization. Supporting HPC Industrial or Thompson Industrial, both powered by Clean Harbors , this internship provides hands-on experience with project planning, field operations, customer support, and the execution of industrial services projects.
