The Senior Director of Integration & Yield will lead the end-to-end integration, characterization, yield, contamination-free manufacturing (CFM), and metrology functions for GlobalFoundries' 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility in Vermont. As a key member of the site leadership team, this leader will ensure that technology and manufacturing processes are fully integrated, optimized, and delivering against yield, reliability, and customer performance targets.
