Our Managers and Assistant Managers help to build the systems and processes needed to guide our Direct Support Professionals as they assist with day to day tasks, joining clubs, going out to eat, hiking, enjoying movies, going on vacations and more. Maintain communication and collaborate with the individuals served, Lifehouse staff, supervisors, Autism Specialists, Regional Center, family members, and all relevant members of the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal services for individuals served.
