Current Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA) certification, or successful acquisition of certification within 12 months from date of hire; Demonstrated experience managing budgets and conducting equipment forecasting across multiple sport programs; Experience with institutional apparel vendor contracts and multi-sport ordering processes preferred.
