<div>Experienced Sprayer/Finisher - Cabinets </div><div>FULL TIME  | $20 - $26/HR </div><div>Job Summary: We are growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time position in our finish team. This is year-round, consistent work. The finisher/sprayer will be responsible for finishing a variety of cabinet parts and components. The finisher/sprayer will also set up, operate, and maintain spray guns/machines. Duties/Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Working knowledge of paint equipment and application.</li><li>Ability to determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections.</li><li>Maintain equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently. </li><li>Minimize waste of raw materials as well as work in a clean and tidy manner.</li><li>Must be self-motivated with an eye for detail and steady hand-to-eye coordination.</li><li>Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and must be willing to comply will all health and safety rules and regulations.</li></ul><div>  Required Skills/Abilities:</div><ul><li>Prior experience is required.</li><li>Excellent attendance is required.</li><li>Attention to detail and quality of work produced.</li><li>Ability to learn to spray to a color/quality standard – must successfully complete a spray test.</li><li>Ability to work in an organized manner to ensure the task is completed efficiently, to the correct standard, and in the necessary time frame.</li><li>Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout the shift.</li><li>Hours and overtime dictated by production, including daily and/or weekly (weekend) overtime.</li></ul><div>  Education and Experience:</div><ul><li>Prior wood painting experience is a MUST, 5 years minimum.</li><li>Stain matching experience is a MUST, 2 years minimum.</li><li>Wipe & spray application experience is a MUST, 2 years minimum</li></ul><div>  Physical Requirements:</div><ul><li>Must be able to lift 75 pounds at a time.</li></ul><div> </div><div>Extras:</div><ul><li>Eligible for benefits, after probationary period.</li></ul>
